Definitely Carlos and D.A. (or is it D.A. and Carlos?) Carlos would annoy her constantly and Dorothy Ann would unsuccessfully try to knock some sense into him ... a match made in Heaven!

Arnold and Phoebe would date a bit, but Phoebe would eventually be drawn to the silent, artistic Tim. They would get engaged and then Phoebe would find six of Tim's drawings hidden in his drawer, depicting his last six wives. Beside those drawings will be their obituaries, all of which explain that the women died under "mysterious circumstances." She would then leave Tim and try to get back with Arnold but by that time, Arnold will have settled down with Wanda, Wanda clearly assuming the dominant role in their relationship.

Ralphie will start going to the gym but will be too embarrased to be seen naked in the locker room. Gradually the weights he lifts will become smaller and smaller until they're about the size and shape of the television remote control. Keesha will grow up to be a closet lesbian and date Ralphie for "cover." Ralphie of course will be completely oblivious to Keesha's sexual orientation because he'll be too busy eating potato chips. And he'll never start calling himself "Ralph." He'll be "Ralphie" his entire life.

I'm completely on board with Carlos and D.A. but I'm not quite sure about the other pairings mentioned. Here are mine

Tim & Wanda (loved the episode where they're delivering honey together)

Keisha & Arnold & Phoebe & Ralphie (a sort of 'love square' if you will. Kiesha did stand up for Arnold to Janet in the light/ghost epi and Phoebe did stay with Arnold when he was ill. I've also noticed that Ralphie and Phoebe sit by each other on the bus a lot and always seem to be together)
