Subtel reference in 'Donnie Brasco'

At the very end of Mike Newell's 'Donnie Brasco', when Lefty (Al Pacino) stashes his belongings in a small drawer for his wife to find before walking to his own execution for having vouched for Donnie (Depp), you can see an 'El Paraiso' club match book (upper left side of frame) and a lighter with the colours of the famous Caribbean poster Carlito daydreams to...

Actually the lighter is of the exact colours of the infamous tropical island background in 'Scarface' when Tony shoots Frank and the crooked cop, but both films are by DePalma starring Pacino, and the Caribbean poster in 'Carlito's Way' is already a nod at Scarface (Pacino more or less plays the same character if he'd live to become wise and tired enough to retire).
