I love it and i'd like to watch it with my boyfriend but i'm not really sure what he'd think. Any guys out there that like this movie?

Yes, I'm a guy and I like this movie. What's not to like? It's got a great cast... many of the actors are major players now ... and a magical performance by Johnny Depp, one of the few actors who's not afraid to take a chance. A compelling story and a smart script. A chic flick? No way... unless all you like are Rambo and Rocky and Nicholas Cage during the past five years.

i liked this film it is my second favourite movie of all time because of how random/spontaneous johnnys character (sam) is. for example making grilled cheese with an iron and the hat trick. and i am a guy

I thought it was pretty good. For me Johnny Depp was the real funny character.

Ok I'm a guy and I love this film - not seen it in years until today and forgotten how much I love it. Depp is superb I love the weirdness of his cgaracter and the relationship between him and Joon.

It makes me think a little of the relationship between a friend I work with and myself - we're both a tad "off beat" n different LOL though maybe not quite as much as Depp's character.

but bottom line love the movie and definitely it has appeal for both genders.

I've watched this movie with guy friends before. They liked it! It's very unisex (I don't normally like 'romantic' movies or whatever you call this but I LOVE this movie)

I'm 17, male, and I think this movie is superb! Although, I have been known to enjoy chick flicks from time to time.

There are things that go bump in the night, and we are the ones who bump back!
