How Was Odo Able To Have Sex With a Human?

...In the Season 5 episode A Simple Investigation, where he loses his human form virginity to the undercover agent infiltrating the Orion Syndicate. This was after he reverted back to his Changling form, caused by the dying Changling infant he was caring for merging with his DNA structure.

So was he still half-human following the merging or did the writers simply overlook that he was a full Changling again? I can't grasp how a Changling devoid of blood, semen, and human sensations like hunger, could have sex like a human.

I'm sure he retained his memories of being human for better sex when he went back to being a Changeling? At least he understood and could appreciate such activities from then on. :D

His human feelings sure but he would still need to get that blood flowing... 😉

He can make his body into what ever he wants. The only question that needed an answer was "how many inches would you like tonight, darling?".

I could just never understand how big Odo was exactly (no, not big in THAT way). I mean, he was able to assume the size of an adult male of about 170 lbs., yet he could fit into his little bucket in his liquid state.

How much mass did he actually have? He could become a small inanimate object. But he could expand to be the size of a person. You could sculpt a one lb. piece of clay into many shapes, but there wouldn't be enough of it to sculpt a full sized statue of an adult.

I think the show "cheated" on this aspect of Od's physical state.
