...do you prefer? It's not like Michael Landes was bad perse, but I'm just too used to Justin Whalin. I think Landes may have been the better actor, but he kind of looked too old and serious for the part. Whalin had the right boyish looks.
shareWhalin--both when I was younger and now. Agree Landes looked too old for part. He was a copy boy/errand boy. Landes should have been an executive assistant role.

I like Landes but i like Justin better
I liked Landes better back in the 90s but I now think Whalin is a better Jimmy Olsen. Landes would have been better playing a friend/rival/coworker of Jimmy instead.

I like them both and it is so hard to choose because each of them bring something different to the same character. Michael Landes brought a down on his luck kind of vibe to Jimmy, whereas Justin brought a hopeful naïveté to Jimmy. I can’t choose.
