I've tried quoting that a few times in my life but no one seems to get the reference.
Wow, that's deep. I've seen this movie a dozen times and I don't think I would have gotten that reference either.
Well, I just meant that I've said that a couple of times in the past and no one seems to get it's from White Men Can't Jump. I guess not many people I know have seen the movie or remember that line.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great reference. My comment was more that I was kind of disappointed I might not get it if you said it. I often make movie references that people don't get. I prefer to go for the deeper ones than the obvious ones. My wife and I will often trade deep movie references as a game.
