My favourite was Van Damme saying "You're discharged, sarge" before turning on that machine and slicing Lundgren to pieces.

One of the funniest scene, for me, is when Leon Rippy's character want to talk with Andrew (Lundgren) and he says: "I'm all ears!" while he's holding the ears necklace...
