Troll 2 is dangerously close to moving out of the Bottom 100. This cannot happen, it must forever be recognized as one of the worst films ever made. Be sure to give this film a 1-star rating or it will no longer be in the Bottom 100.

shareWhat's funny is how political the Bottom 100 is. Whereas the Top 250 is plagued by people voting 10 on anything new and halfway decent so each new Pixar film replaces the last, the Bottom 100 has people voting 10 by the thousands to get certain movies out of the #1 slot, while thousands more give movies a 1 to put it in the bottom 100.
A couple films that aren't good, but you might as well hang yourself if you think are actually one of the worst 100 films in human history:
Lawnmowerman 2
Battlefield Earth
Barney's Great Adventure
Chairman of the Board
Barney for example got a lot of hate from cynical morons, particularly in the 90s. There was nothing wrong with Barney as a show for young children. The expectation that it should be entertaining to adults is idiotic. Another like Battlefield Earth is a mediocre film, people love to hate it for two reasons, 1. To hate on Scientology, 2. To kick Travolta when he's down. There's nothing particularly atrocious about the film. It's a pretty bland film, but has a solid plot.
Lawmmowerman 2 sucked to be sure, but it's hated because the sequel has nothing to do with the original.
See none of these reasons make a film the worst ever. It's just a group of people deciding to punish a film for emotional reasons outside of the actual quality of the product.
I've seen an ass load of IMDB ratins, and personal opinion aside, if there wasn't an army of idiots behind these films rating them low for revenge, Barney would probably have a 7ish rating. Chairman of the Board, had it been someone not hated like Carrot Top would probably have received a 4-5ish. Battlefield Earth would be around a 5 or 6. And so on.
unbelievable.. it's at #99 now.. even Battlefield Earth had some semblance of production value

Nah, it's a classic bad movie. It's up there with The Room. I would rather watch this than recent Adam Sandler garbage movies.

I've watched the first hour of the movie and I'm having lots of fun... it's a totally different experience from watching other movies, I haven't seen The Room yet but oh my god is this funny!!
Every actor BELIEVES in the movie, the mother? looks like she's on drugs all the time, the first teen to die? 'oh my gooooooooood! AHAHAHAH the grandparent talking to the kid? looool my god every delivery is flawlessly stupid

I don't even know if I should rate it because of how bad it is or because of how entertaining it is.... what to do?
I rated 2.5 because I had fun but the budget is still obviously low and terrible. Then again, I'm biased towards thinking objectively. But that's just me. But don't rate it 1, because I can think of much worse movies that aren't entertaining at all and can bore to the end like 95% of Ulli Lommel movies or unfunny Seltzerberg movies.

it is the second worst film i have ever seen. Inseminoid beats this one, but i still give them both 1/10.
