O.K. All of you who said that this was a great show. I am going to put you in my friends list. Now if I find that you like any new movies coming out I know they must be terrible.

You know, if you like a movie in the bottom 100 then look in the mirror, what went wrong? I can understand that you like low rated movies sometimes, but bottom 100...Do you all own Family Matters and Full House DVD box sets? Are you Saved by the Bell groupies? I'm, I'm, I'm just appalled and yet feel pity for you. Sorry, yeah that's it. I'm sorry for you.

IMDB states that females over 45 liked this film the most out of any demographic. But I'm willing to wager that most hear are white, upper middle class in the 19 and under crowd. I've got a good feeling about this one.

Wow, you really put that much faith on IMDB's bottom 100 list? There are many movies that shouldn't be there. The dact that it WAS on the list doesn't make it one of the 1++ worst movies ever. You can not have seen that many movies.

I don't dislike this movie because it is on the bottom 100 list. I dislike this movie because it is bad. I hold this truth to be self evident; that is, the reasons are too obvious and numerous to list.

Have I see worse? Yes. Movies like Zombiegeddon and Galaxis are actually worse. But this wasn't some kind of B film. This was grade A prime beef. When I go to a well known steak house and get a fillet that tastes like my shoe I am more disappointed than when I pull the same thing out of a dumpster.

In conclusion, this movie is bad and I will now use your high ratings on anything as a reference for future movies that are bad as well.

Haha, that is just silly. I enjoy movies that are considered "masterpieces" as well. But I'm not a "movie-fag" as we call it in Sweden, a person who goes with the flow and just watch stuff that gets great reviews. I can watch movies with zero plot, but still be entertained.

But I understand that you hate this movie, I read just today that Sly himself says that it's probably one of the worst movies ever made.

The expression on Stallone's face at the end of the film after his mamma pops the villain in the shoulder is priceless.

"Mom.....you shot him!"
"No sh*t!"
"Mom, you saved my life."

I saw it in the theatre when I was 11 or 12 and now im 26 i'd go see it again and be fine payin 8 bucks.Oscar too,maybe not Rhinestone though but I'll watch it all day on HBO.

This is without a doubt one of the best comedies ever made. Losers who don't like it have simply no happiness in life and appreciation for the good cinema that really touches our hearts and entertains at the same time. This movie epitomizes the essence what the movies are really about, so i'll always have a great respect for this well-known cult classic.

I like my coffee the same way I like my women...........strong......black......and proud.

I think you just really like Sly. Has he ever made anything you don't like?

Bottom line however, is that I and many others who have rated this movie be they professional critics or casual movie goers have found the film to not be funny. You enjoyed this film. Good, I'm sure you find entertainment in all sorts of ways I would not care for. I was just astounded that anyone would like this film and by looking at the previous posts I can see who I'm dealing with.

I want to get the DVD because of Estelle Getty she was Hilarious on the Golden Girls(that show is one big guilty pleasure of mine)its only like $8 on maazon.com so I will give it a chance.

ya man i watched it from half way and i was laughing it all the way , no way its in worst film, i mean i was surprised that sly in comedy but man this is one of funniest film i ever seen

I think it's a poor film but I don't consider it bad enough for the bottom 100. It was vaguely funny, and it had a recognisable character as the overprotective mother. Most people must've known a mother who can never accept that her child has grown up. I was surprised to see it on the Wikipedia article "List of films considered the worst".
