Guess I'm the only one who hates this movie

I just attempted to watch this again for the first time since I was a kid. I remember not liking it back then either but thought I'd revisit it as an adult. I should've trusted my younger self! WTF is all the praise about? This is BARELY a Muppet movie--it focuses on Scrooge 90% of the time. The entire movie is bland, drab and devoid of color which is what I expect when I think of a MUPPET movie--and a Christmas Muppet movie at that! But no. It's nothing but gray, gray and more gray. The songs are corny af, and as someone who always hated history class I also find the setting--in the past--yet another downside. I was going to give it 3/10 stars on IMDB until I realized I couldn't think of a single thing I *liked* about this movie, so I couldn't in good conscience even give it 3/10! I had to give it 1/10. Are you all watching the same movie I just watched?? I truly don't get all the love and praise I'm reading for it on here and on IMDB. It was PAINFUL forcing myself to finish this thing.
