About 25 1/2 hours until the official showtime (7:00 PM). Probably 26 until the movie actually starts given previews. Just need to get through rehearsal tonight, work tomorrow, and the horrible traffic (stupid road construction).

Friday for me. Wife picked the movie.
My enthusiasm has been muted and dulled a bit because I stayed on the CA:CW board and knowingly ran into almost all of the movie's events. That's what I get for entertaining my curiosity with the reviews and consuming one too many threads comparing BvS to CA:CW. π

Yeah I WAS warned but the BvS melt down had me intrigued and still does. My twenty year-old son is a Batman/Nolan guy (bordering on a neo-acolyte) and we have some great discussions.
I think he is just rebelling at me for ruining his adult-hood by taking him to see The Green Hornet!

10 days. I rarely do the opening weekend thing, and I'm not going to make my wife deal with my superhero nonsense on Mother's Day weekend.
In retrospect, I'm not sure why I'm concerning myself with her feelings - she's Team Iron Man, and her poisonous influence has led young Thomas Wobbler Mangrove to declare a similar allegiance. Et tu, Thomas?

I just realized I archived my email and deleted the originals yesterday.
Thankfully, I have Time Machine running on my Mac and it had a copy of the email still. I forwarded it to myself and set up the electronic ticket on my phone. Now I don't have to stress anymore.
