Out of all these, I would say Captain America 1990. Most of the others at least have some 'so bad, it's funny' qualities to them. CA is just boring, completely stupid, and just awful in every way. It may be a little more bearable if it had a MST3K or Rifftrax treatment.

I know this isn't a comic book movie but Mortal Kombat: Armageddon is truly the most awful movie with super powered people i think i've ever seen. Batman & Robin was horrid but at least it was good for some laughs. It gave some of the best/worst one liners ever from AHnold, "Ice to meet you Batman"..."the iceman commeth". I don't quite have the words to express how godawful MK:A was.
