I hadn't seen this movie for years and years, but frankly, this movie was far too dark compared to the 1989 Joker movie, and that movie was infinitely superior. But I think among all the darkness, the Penguin was easily the most disgusting, evil, rancid villain ever. Ugh.

Why are you here if you haven't seen the movie yet?

It is one of the weakest Batman movies. Not quite as poor as the Schumacher ones, but it is a bottom tier.

It is a horrible movie. Only good thing about it is Danny Elfman's score.
