I thought it was hilarious.
But I still enjoyed BL New Orleans in the wake of Katrina with Nicholas Cage far superior and even more hilarious.
I haven't seen the Cage version.
shareYou should. Easily one of his best films in my opinion. Completely kicks ass as the over the top bad cop in a role he was born to play. Val Kilmer puts in solid work as his sidekick too.

shareThere is certainly humour in Keitel's performance. His crying/wailing scenes are hilarious.
