What is your favorite episode, not from each series; but from the entire Bottom Trilogy?
I do not think I could ever provide a definitive answer but I think it would be either "GAS" or "S'OUT".

shareFinger, no doubt about it. My favourite moments from the episode are (in no particular order):
Richie's smile as he "masturbates" with the cricket ball
Richie flirting with the maid
Eddie's squeaky pipe
Eddie flirting with the barman
Richie wanting to rip Eddie's knickers off with his teeth
"YOU IGNORANT ENGLISH WANKER!!!"
Carnival and that one of them in the corner shop.
shareGas - so many great moments, but the sheer slapstick of Eddie and the kitchen exploding into a fireball never fails to make me laugh.
Contest - love Richie talking bollocks throughout this episode, pretending to deal with terrorists on the phone, talking about feeling Elizabethan, his gormy facial expressions when turning the TV channel over etc.
Accident - the mass bone-crunching followed by flash-cuts to the ambulance siren!
Parade - one of the better pub episodes, tho Chief Inspector Grobbelaar is the best character
Terror - surprised at the lack of love for this. It's such a busy episode, so much happens with so many locations and characters. Fave moments are Eddie just strolling in dressed as a banana, plus Eddie farting and burning Dave Hedgehog to a crisp...
Accident - Loved the bit with the birthday cards and when Eddie is telling his mates an anectote about how Ritchie broke his legs.
Culture - Eddie getting pissed off with Ritchie because be has to explain the rules of chess repeatedly to him. The fight scene that follows is one of the best in the series.
Break - Love Ritchie getting excited over the holiday and the ending to the episode.

Yes, I love Apocalypse.
The hospital scene, Richie hiding under the blanket, and Eddie dressing up as the grim reaper. Great stuff.
Also, Eddie doing his Sean Connery impersonation (as Michael Caine) always cracks me up.
'S Up is my favourite if only for the corner shop scenes. To me Richie's arrogance is the funniest part of his character and I think this is the best example of that. Though Gas is probably the best episode overall.
