Trek III had the best ships introductions but yeah VI was awesome (also the battle cruiser not seen since TMP)

Apart from the refit Enterprise, I've got a real soft spot for the Reliant (ST2). But I do really love the Bird of Prey which we see in 3 to 6. It was also simply awesome to see the Klingon warship up close on the big screen again.
