I love when Frank attempts to block Jane slapping him by grabbing both her hands and a third hand pops up and slaps him...cracks me up every time.

Definitely the 'Ding Dong the witch is dead' scene. I also love the bit when Priscilla and Frank are in her apartment and she climbs out of those foot high stillettoes and then passes the camera and all you can see is the top of her head. Frank's look to camera, as though this was completely new to him, is a killer.

I love the gag at the crime scene in the beginning of the film when they realise that the police artist has been drawing erotic pictures of Jane. The look of horrror on Ed's face as he flicks throught the pad is brilliant!
