Who was your favorite adult character on Rugrats?
Mine was Stu and Grandpa
shareStu and Grandpa
shareStu. He's so wonderfully laid back, and then out of nowhere he gets incredibly stressed out. I love it when he's arguing with someone and his quick wit comes out in the form of insults/sarcasm.
Love Grandpa too, though. "Fifteeeeeeeen *insert whatever here*." He was both nostalgic and young-at-heart at the same time, which made for a beautiful combination. He was always complaining about modern life, yet he related more to his grand kids than the parents.
Definitely Grandpa Lou. I loved how much of a dirty old man he was sometimes, hitting on multiple women both elderly and young. The Lonely Space Vixens bit was classic. He was always able to put his sons in place. He's also the character who seems the most down to earth, like when the parents think they have some great idea he's usually the one who calls them out on it. In weaning Tommy "Oh just give him a bottle!". And lets not forget his favorite number: 15.
Stu was always my favorite, I found him the most enjoyable of the bunch.
Poor guy would get stuck watching the kids each time.
2012, bring it on!
