Home Improvement star Patricia Richardson shares her thoughts about why the sitcom isn’t as well-remembered today, taking a swipe at Full House.
Hollywood today doesn't like to glorify manliness and what they think is Toxic Masculinity. They would say Tim Allen's humor was sexist(it wasn't). It just made fun of the fix it shows like the ones made by Bob Vila. As far as the family sitcom part of it Hollywood would have a problem with Tim's kids being all Boys. I like that Richardson took a shot at Full House. I still like Home Improvement and I watch it on Laff TV. I know it's on Disney plus and Hulu as well.

shareNo doubt and I still enjoy watch it. It did a better job as a Family Sitcom while Full House felt too sappy and sentimental. It can be pretty cringy watching Full House today.
