NegaDuck my fave. Disney's first ever (probobly only) psyco.

I've a question. Who's in charge of FOWL? I always thought it was Steelbeak but I saw "Steerminator" the other day and it seems like it was 3 people you don't see (pity much like Dr Claw) who are in charge. I take it we were going to see what they looked like in series 4 same way Darkwing was going to have a final showdown with Bulba.

Yeah, I'd definately have to go with NegaDuck...Liquidator would certainly come in second, though.

Who's in charge of FOWL? I always thought it was Steelbeak but I saw "Steerminator" the other day and it seems like it was 3 people you don't see (pity much like Dr Claw) who are in charge.

I'm guessing that F.O.W.L was created and led by Dr. Nogood (who actually appeared only in Ducktales show). Afterwards, the organization was commanded by the trio hidden in the shadows.

Megavolt, easy.

Dan Castellaneta's performance of the guy as deranged was pitch perfect. Sometimes when Homer Simpson goes over the top on a rant, I can still hear a little of Megavolt in Dan's voice.

Megavolt sounds alot like Krusty the clown to me aother Simpsons character voiced by Dan Castellaneta. In the first episode there are two characters who sound like Mrs Krabappel. They were done by the same person.

Liquidator, hands-down! I dreamed FOREVER that they'd make a Liquidator toy; perhaps a hollow, see-through blue one you could squeeze to make it squirt water or somethin'. And even interchangeable arms to attach hammer hands or whatnot.

QuackerJack's probably my 2nd-fave, with Megavolt comin' in a close 3rd.

Negaduck totally comes in first. It's not often you see such a cold, downright evil cartoon character. Then Steelebeak and Megavolt are tied for second.

I'm not sure. I like Megavolt, just because he's so deranged that it's funny, and his lines are really good (nothing's as dreadful as a deranged guy with bad writers, you know.) But sometimes I like bad guys who are a little more serious, and then I like Negaduck. Negaduck is really scary to me, because when I was younger I had a traumatic experience involving a chainsaw, and every time he revs it up my blood runs cold.
But if I HAD to choose one, and never see the other one again...

When I was young, I liked Negaduck. I just got the first season on DVD and my girlfriend and I have been watching it. So far, we're only up to the second disk, so I can't say who is my favorite yet. We haven't yet come up to an episode with Negaduck. Megavolt is pretty cool too, though. Probably my second favorite when I was a little kid. Thus far, he is my favorite from the episodes I've seen on the DVD, but like I said, my girlfriend and I didn't get very far yet. We like to watch one a day, so we don't get through it too fast.

Aww, only one mentioned Bushroot. IMO, he's not REALLY a villain, though..just as he said in one episode, "misunderstood" lol! poor guy. :(

My favorite villain would be a toss up between Taurus Bulba and Liquidator. Both were awsome villains although you never saw Liquidator in many episodes by himself. He was always with the fearsome five. I would have liked to have seen more episodes with just Liquidator. Negaduck definitely comes in a close third.

My favorites are Megavolt, Negaduck and Steelbeak.
