I remember seeing this movie when I was younger, and I LOVED it! I just bought it online. I can't believe there aren't more posts for it! I would think the hardcore Winona fans would be into it, but when I went to her profile, they had a thread for all their fav movies, and I was the ONLY ONE who mentioned this one! I can't wait to get it, I literally haven't seen it in years.

Ok, so kind of a pointless thread but I was just hoping for more fans :)

I saw this a few times on superchannel when I was a kid. I have fond memories of it, and have thought about it several times in the past 15-20 years. Look forward to seeing it again one day....and today might be the day, I just found a copy online that I'm downloading

I'm a fan! I think Dinky is wonderful. I watched it for the first time in many years earlier today and remembered all the reasons I loved it so long ago...especially the lesbian subtext with the Counsellor *G* I'd forgotten all about the scene in the changing room and when they hold hands under the canteen table. So sweet. Winona was so gorgeous back then, and equally gorgeous-but-different now.

I loved this movie as a kid too!! I had a huge crush on Gerald :)
