Half acre lot? My house is just under 3000sq/ft but I have 1.7 acres.

Gorgeous home, but in 2024, if it's still on the market more than a week, it's overpriced. I wonder what the comps are?

I wouldn't want that house. Too big for a single person like me who hasn't met his special someone.
