How come Megan, Linnie and Jeff got less screentime than Buzz?

I would've liked to see more of Megan, Linnie and Jeff.

It's to emphasize Buzz's character, csweetleaf2. Buzz and Fuller are the troublemakers among the kids, but everything is blamed on Kevin. This is the chief reason why the forgotten boy is so happy to finally be alone.
