Uncle Frank is a greedy a-hole, but even as a kid I just remember despising Buzz and his disgusting pig face. I mean come on, he ate the only cheese pizza on purpose! I also recall really not liking how much he aged between this and the 2nd movie whereas everyone else looked relatively the same, you're ruining everything Buzz!
shareI'd say Buzz. Frank was horrible, but he didn't actually cause any problems for Kevin. Buzz actually kicked the whole plot into motion by eating Kevin's pizza (or pretending to; he may have been a pig, but it's unlikely that he scarfed down a whole pizza in like 15 seconds) and then mocking him about it. And then he is actively unconcerned and unrepentant later about Kevin being left behind. And the second film...... don't get me started......
shareWhen I was a kid I thought it was Buzz, but now as an adult I'd say Uncle Frank! You see Buzz was being a typical teenage jerk, but Uncle Frank should've known better - he was just stupid, calling Kevin a little jerk, being a cheapskate, and a pig of a human.

Come on Uncle Frank he was more mean to Kevin then Buzz was, don't you remember his line "look at what you did you little jerk". You seen Buzz eating pizza kind of quick but do we know that it was Kevin's cheese pizza or there was any cheese pizza for him, if he placed the order himself he might have made sure not to have ordered a pizza for Kevin.
shareBuzz really just acted the way many teenage boys often act to their younger siblings. I have an older brother, and he was right mean jerk to me at times as kids lol. Frank on the other hand is a grown man with kids of his own, there is no excuse for his actions.

shareI actually liked uncle Frank, being frugel made him funny. And he was responsable by not letting Kevin or Fuller Watch the mob flick.
Buzz always insulted Kevin. Even at the end, I thought he was going to beat on him some more after he sees the state his room is in.
I wish we would've gotten to see more of Buzz's relationship with his other siblings along with Frank's relationship with his family.
