Hate to burst your bubble, here, but that 'girl' in the picture was actually a boy in drag. The reason is that the director figured it would be too cruel to picture an actual girl and have Kevin dismiss her that way.

The boy in the picture was the son of the film's art director. They wanted the picture to look like an ugly girl, so they used a boy.

I read about this, lol xD It turns out that the director made one of his sons dress up as a girl for the photo, because he couldn't bear to have anyone talk that way about an actual girl, hehehe. That explains a lot about the photo, rofl!
