Substitute Joe Pesci and replace him with Carrie Ann Moss and you have two males and one female in the main 3 actors. Make Robert De Niro black and he's just like Morpheus. Substitute the state of New York with being inside the Matrix. Substitute the crime story with a tale about people shifting between the real world and a computer world. Get rid of the swearing and make it a PG-13 film. There you have it, the two movies are nearly identical.

Yeah. Carrie-Anne Moss kinda resembles Joe Pesci.

I liked the part when Neo asked Spider for a drink and he came back with a wonky spoon. What a prick!

My favourite part is the long take where Neo and Trinity walk through the restaurant and we see all of the people working there.

After watching that Cypher wig shop commercial, I gave the number shown in the movie a call, it REALLY is a wig shop but run by some guy called Morrie.

I liked how they foreshadowed future sequels when Neo’s mom showed Morpheus her painting of The Architect. That was deep.

Well she was the Orcale, but that was her outstanding scene, her Oscar™ winning son who directed Da Matrix must have been very proud of her that day.

I dunno man.

You gotta have a line about something to do with something with a shine box.

A really bad painting with two dogs in a boat looking opposite ways.

And some guy pretending to act all hurt and hostile when another guy says he is funny.

Now does all of that stuff happen in The Goodmatrix?
If not then there can be no similarity.
