I watched this movie on DVD last night and I really liked it! Johnny Depp, Winona Rider, Dianne Wiest, Conchata Farrell, Vincent Price and Alan Arkin were great in the cast! I especially liked the last scene where Winona Rider watches the snow fall! I highly recommend it.
shareI haven’t seen this in years but have always held that, after Ed Wood, it’s Tim Burton’s best film. The entire cast is excellent, but Wiest and Arkin steal it for me. Great production design and perhaps Danny Elfman’s most glorious score. A lovely movie which I need to watch again.
