I think at most he may have synthetic eyes. Being an exec of a robotics corporation probably gets you access to all sorts of things!

As for the banana, I dunno, I always just thought it was funny. Though notice, all he ever eats and drinks through the movie is white? XD

I thought it was to highlight the fact that (despite being a crazed psychopath) he was still human (thus ate) whereas the cyborgs didn't (as evidenced in the scene were the heroes search their apartment)

I also noticed him drinking milk. I thought they were trying to convince us that he was human, and then later in the movie reveal he’s really a robot.
