Well I saw the first some time ago on television, I didnt like it for it's graphic nature but looking back it was pretty entertaining. I could say that I liked it.

I can't find Bride of Re-animator anywhere to download and I love the 1st and 3rd ones!! :( But i need to fill in the gap that is the 2nd one.
Haven't seen Bride Of Re-Animator yet, but I liked the humor in part 1 and 3. Apart from that both parts were quite gory and entertaining.

I've been reading Lovecraft for a long time, and I am a fan of al lthree films. They are actually in keeping with the tone from the short stories (which by their very nature, and the fact that they were written by a very intelligent man, are meant to be taken as humorous). All three are great. The best (and scariest) is still the first though.

the first one is amazing--one of my top three all time movies, probably one of the top three all time horror flicks too. i can't stand talking to people who don't see the genius of that film. the second one is only slightly less-brilliant. the third one, i thought, was horrible. i don't even consider it part of the series because the other two are so wonderful. i thought that brian yuzna cancelled out the integrity and dedication to the horror genre that stuart gordon held and just resorted to the mainstream formula (even though Beyond went straight to video). i just thought the writing was terrible and the characters (maybe west was the only original...?) got butchered.......and not in the good way. either way the atrocious 3rd installment will never take away the brilliance of the first two.
