What’s the funniest moment in the show?

George knocking women and children out of the way to get out of a kitchen fire and then trying to explain that he was a hero.

When the young woman in the red shirt walks up to George at Monk's, points to her chest and says "We're twins!" (meaning similar shirt colors). George's "What??!!" is so epic.

I enjoyed "The Lip Reader" and also, "The Soup" and the one where Bana gives Jerry an Armani Suit for free so long as Jerry takes him to Mendi's and when they do go, he only orders soup.. You'd have to see the episode in context

To me it was when the young woman came up to George at Monk's, pointed to her chest and said "Hey! We're twins!". She was referring to the color of their shirts, but George, thinking she meant he had breasts left out a classic "What!!??!". Cracks me up every time.
