That old guy in that tiny speedo at the pool

What in the actual fuck was that? There was just randomly this fat old wrinkly guy that had on a tiny speedo going all the way up his ass when the kids was at the pool. That was one of oddest things to put in the movie, "Yeah for this scene i think i wanna have a disgusting looking old man with half his ass hanging out of a tight speedo".
