Just wondering if Silent Night 3 is the movie/sequel where the brother and sister take a bath together or that one of them gives the other a weird sponge bath?

Then Chris has a girlfriend Jerri (Laura Harring) and the three of them all go to grandma's house. Chris and his girlfriend take a bath together. Not his sister. But the two girls do both look similar, so someone who just saw a few minutes might confuse them.
So probably the movie you're thinking of, but they aren't siblings.
