How did Clark uproot the tree?
No tools but it ends up on top of his car. Dirt, roots and all..

Even with a skid steer it would take awhile to dig that thing out.

shareThere was a scene that was cut which showed the family trying to borrow an axe or saw from a tree salesman, but he only gave them a shovel. You can see a shot of the scene on the back of the DVD cover.

shareHmmm. I suppose that's the source of the comedy in that scene.
shareI guess you have to believe he dug it out of the frozen earth. I think him chopping it down with the edge of his hand would be about as believable, but its not a realistic sort of comedy, so I cut some slack.
