Batman Begins & Batman: Dark Knight are also great scores.

My pick for #1 would prolly be Gladiator.

#2- Star Wars Trilogy

#3- Batman Begins

The are many that could be in the top 5 after these IMO.

I'm surprized Gattaca got one mention. You guys are missing out on a good soundtrack. I highly recommend it.

1. Vertigo
2. Star Wars Trilogy
3. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
4. Indiana Jones Trilogy

Those four are pretty much locked in. My other favorites in no particular order are:
