Funny how no one in the crowd seemed to care about

Sal, when he was being choked out by Radio Raheem. If the cops hadn't shown up it would have been a completely different story. I feel no sympathy for Radio Raheem. He was willing to take another man's life by choking it out of him, so when ironically he shares the same fate it is completely deserved.

Sal shouldn't havr called raheem a *beep* either.If you call a big ass black dude a *beep* be surprised when he chokes your dumb ass.

Nobody is excusing the fact that Sal used the N-world towards Radio Raheem, but the fact that Radio Raheem tried to choke Sal, in any event, was uncalled for. Nobody's saying that Radio Raheem should've died, but he should've been at least tried for, charged with, and jailed for attempted murder.
