I always thought that Vicki Vale was dumb.

This reminds me of when Vicki tosses the water in the Joker's face after he shoots the acid at her face. And in Vicki's infinite wisdom, when Joker says that he's "melting", she goes over to him to console him and check if he's alright. I mean, this crazy dude is trying to melt your face, so why are you suddenly so concerned about his well-being?

There was also that time the Joker and his goons came to her apartment with a gift box, and Bruce Wayne turned up as well. Then, after events transpire and they all leave, Vale, for some reason, heads straight over to the gift box, opens it up and promptly faints at the mannequin hand holding a bunch of dried stalks. You stupid ditzy woman, after all he did to you already? It could've been a BOMB for all you know!!

Hell, Vicki Vale to me was so fucking annoying, with her screaming so often and being such a wimpy damsel in distress.

I think it's kind of interesting to blame the character for being stupid rather than the writer for making her do those things lol
