Character designs

Been into 80s and 90s anime lately, doing some research I found this gem.
I haven't finished it yet so I can't say if I like the whole thing, but I'm certainly loving it so far!
What I wanted to comment here is the two villain's designs, Lucifer and Asura..
Lucifer is 100% clear based in Madonna in the 80s, just google "Madonna short blonde hair look 1980s" and be shocked by the resemblance! She used slightly longer curly hair too, but the more short look is exactly like the character in this anime, and the clothes very much on the style she wore, I wouldn't be surprised if she actually wore something exactly like that at some point!
I can't place Asura's look exactly, but he looks a lot like Peter Steele, singer from the gothic metal band Type O Negative (google search "Peter Steele on stage"), he even worn very often a green shirt of the same colour and black trousers just like the anime character..

Anyone know anything about this?
Any better guess (or fact) for Asura?
Any of the other characters clear resemblances?
