Anyone else crush on Sam?

I just started watching this series again, havent seen it in 20+ years and partway through episode one I remembered how I had the biggest crush on Sam. He's everything I thought a perfect man should be when I was a kid. He's humble, sincere, funny, and also just a really really good guy. He genuinely wants to help people and I realized how rare that feels nowadays with main characters needing to be more "nuanced" and cynical. Scott Bakula isnt hard on the eyes either!

There were times I felt myself slightly attracted to him in the show as a character, but since he's so much older than me and feels more like a "dad" type, I can't say I ever really "crushed" on him. The actor really brings in a great personality into Sam Beckett with a lot of charm and talent.
