shareThey are different styles of comedy so it really comes down to a person's preference. It is a bit like saying what is better an apple or an orange... while they are both fruit you can't compare them other than saying which you like best.
I will say that Mr. Bean was more consistently funny, although Bean didn't have nearly as many episodes as Benny Hill and when you have to make so many episodes on a regular basis you are sure to throw in some duds.
