Luther”s Law Suit

I missed this episode before. I just watched it yesterday.
Luther sued the Coach for 12 million dollars because he burned his mouth on meat when they were barbecuing!

What an idiot. Who puts a piece of hot food in his mouth right off the grill? Luther had the nerve to blame Hayden! No one over the age of five would do something so stupid.

The episode was funny. Hayden refused to pay a settlement and went to court. He proved that Luther was stupid. But the judge said that the “homeowner” was negligent. Since Doris who owned the team was the legal owner of the home, she was found negligent. And Luther dropped the suit.

The episode was hilarious. But if I was Hayden, I would have fired Luther. He was no friend if he was going to sue a good friend over something which he did to cause injury to himself. The show ruined the character. Luther proved himself to be a total jerk.
