'Sorry', not sorry, if this post seems 'anti-woke', but I believe in HONEST observations (irrespective of one's political alignment) over narrative, and NO-ONE can sincerely tell me I'm 'wrong' here.
Far better NOT to remake something, than to try to force a square peg into a round hole (and remake something beyond all recognition), which is NOT to say they should make a *faithful* take on the show. Some things are better left in the past. But revisionism and gaslighting SUCKS.
