I have a theory….
….that the proliferation of this show, globally, showing women in other countries what female liberation, freedom and independence looks like…..is what really made (the men) in some of those oppressive nations start to really resent and despise us.
This was right when cable was really taking off….making Baywatch one of the first truly global hit shows.
