How did they do Roger smashing through the blinds and window…

…in Maroon’s office?

The utter genius of the effects in this film can’t be overstated, filmmaking artistry that we rarely see nowadays.

After Roger’s explosive drink he grabs Eddie, yells at him, them dashes outside smashing a rabbit-shaped hole in the wooden blinds and the window behind them, which we see smashing.

How did they do this? When I slow-mo the scene the blinds are intact as Roger approaches them, then suddenly they’ve got a Roger-shaped hole in them.

My best guess is that they’re intact as the camera pans across with Roger, then we cut to a new still shot with the hole, the blinds waving, and the glass smashing. It’s just so seamless though, doesn’t feel like a cut to a new shot 🤷🏻‍♂️
