Why she did it

Never seen this film, not interested. I remember the case at the time, who wouldn't. I was 14 and we were at Ayres Rock camping. I believe she was post natally depressed and stuck camping at Ayres Rock. It's hot, it's very hot and the baby won't stop crying. Michael is off being the social butterfly that a church pastor likes to be and is shirking the responsibility of childcare to be left to the woman. It would be a nightmare with a new born to take care of out in the desert. You see a dog sniffing around for food at the campsite and you've just killed your baby because you couldn't take the constant crying. You lure the dog over and it takes the dead baby away. A dark moment indeed, but you're in that place where tragedy and reality have become intwined and there is no going back. A dingo's got my baby you scream. He knew she did it, that's why they got a divorce. If not then he would have supported his "innocent" wife. The procecution knew she did it, everyone knew she did it, but it was impossible to prove. There were incorrect theories like she killed the kid in the car and there was blood. That evidence wasn't valid. People do get away with murder sometimes. The really cunning part is the truth is a dingo did take her baby. But that was only half the truth.

You're an idiot, and you have a huge ego to think that you *know* this mother killed her child.
