IF what she said at the end was true, then:
- 90% of the kids stories fall apart, esp after the boys came along.
Granted, Darlene became more nerdy after Becky1 left....
- Andy could still exist, but at that point, would either be a turkey baster or one night drunken fling. (and this still ties into my Toy Story theory.... LOL)
Jerry is a moot point, as he was barely there, but still possible considering we had a two+ year subplot on another baby....
- what little development we had with Bev coming out goes right out the window, possibly with Red?
- how much of Leon and Scott was real? and what was the real timeline for them??
- I could even argue the "lottery" as insurance, but we know the Conners weren't that responsible or had stable enough jobs to keep that up.
(I have a friend who recently lost his (ex?)wife to cancer, and is now going on a sending spree: new roof, new car (after buying the 16yo one), cosplay outfit, new "toys" for our shared hobby, etc. only one way he has that money, and considering he was crashing in another friends' basement not too long ago....)
- makes me question the extended family situation, and I just realized Crystal might as well be John's mother, with one teen son, then two babies in succession. granted, by two different fathers in show, but just realized that parallel.
(Not sure if Mrs.G remarried, but some recent local posts about John had people saying he bought his parents (plural) a house in a certain StL neighborhood, and no one seemed to care his bio-father was long dead. So I'm not sure if it was for his mother and possible step-father, or some assumed his brother was his father because of the age difference? and I may have met him several times, as I was unaware I shopped at his last(?) job? if only I had asked him for that interview in the 30 seconds I had his ear....)
but I digress....
