Anyone here seen this one - "Kings of Crime" or "Thieves in Law" (1988) Russian Soviet crime movie?
How was it, cheers.
Also, by Soviet standards, it is fairly violent and controversial as well. We get SPOILERS - a few bloody shootings and violent deaths, a police officer killed in prison, the disturbing scene involving a baby in a carriage getting run over by a car in front of its mother, a pre-Saw (2004) sequence of a man trapped in a garage trying to saw his arm off to avoid death by inhaling exhaust pipe fumes from a running "Volga GAZ" car inside, a disturbing sequence involving a hot iron placed on someone (yikes), an old grandmother bludgeoned to death, reckless driving, spoilers - a troubled conservative father kidnapping and later killing his own daughter, a woman getting beaten up by junkies etc.
Something tells me this movie would receive an 18 or at the very least a 15, probably the former, certificate in the UK if it WERE to get released.
But has anyone here seen this film, its on YouTube in Russian, any thoughts, thanks.
