I mean he was so excited to play with his new toy but then he gets shot very early on and never even gets to fire it. Poor guy.

shareI admit I saw That 70s show well before I ever saw Robocop. No way were my parents gonna let me watch Robocop as a kid in the 90s.

In my career I dealt with some guys like Clarence and they are not my favorite types of people.
The actor did a great job of capturing the personality.
