Any fans of 'Night of the Demons' have love for Judy's douchebag Zack Morris lookalike kid brother who totally steals the brief screentime he's in at the beginning of the movie?
The kid is so badass he dosent even go out on Halloween night, he stays home and insults his sister's date AND his mother's cooking to the point where shes damn near in tears.

I take this to imply that Billy went with his sister to the party at Hull House. It was said that due to budget constraints, the script had to be cut down substantially, and that led to writing off Billy's part later in the script.
