Best line in cinematic history!
Wolf man's got nards?!
shareWhat's a nard?
"What poor creature had to die so you could wear that coat?" My aunt Trudy, I said.

I could swear that in the original previews for this the line was "balls" and not "nards". Does anyone else remember this? I guess I'm probably just imagining it, but I do seem to remember it.
shareFantastic line. I'm 21 and I saw this for the first time when I was 7, I have seen it at least 100 times since then, it's hiarious still.
share"Meeting ajurned." *treehouse explodes*
Who says violence is not the answer?

monster stole my twinkie
Originally it was nards. don't know if this movie prompted me or not but we called nuts nards when i was in elementary school.
I had just turned 7 when this came out and went years without watching it until i found the dvd a few months ago. now my son who is 7 and step son who is 6 love this movie.
meeting ajourned. funny for years i always thought he said worthless germ.. of course i did not know what ajourned meant in 87
funny how these movies leave an imprint. i don't see too many movies from the last few years imprinting like the movies of yesteryear

I've got better things to do tonight than die...
I've never liked that line. When I was a kid, "nards" was a pet peeve of mine. The word is nads, as in gonads. I haven't a clue what a nard purports to be.
shareIt's kind of fitting that the best line should go to Horace.
Sadly the actor in question died tragically young. He'll definitely be remembered though, and I think any self-respecting guy would be happy to be remembered for "nards" :)
