-Geordi would've been Chief Engineer from the get-go instead of being a helmsman in season 1 then Chief Engineer from season 2 on.
-Ten-Forward would also be seen in season 1.
-Dr. Crusher would not be absent during season 2. She would still be there.

I would have given them a two-piece tunic uniform rather than the one-piece spandex thing they had to wear.

Wasn't it cool to have a blind man drive the ship though? That was Roddenberry's concept anyway.

You know Dr. Crusher left because of harassment on the set.

I would have made the Betazoid culture wear the same uniform they wore during their weddings, but at all times.
